Job Description
Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani a national law firm with offices in all 50 states has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in the San Francisco Bay Area. This position is full-time with flexible options for successful candidates including hybrid opportunities.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures.
- Ability to provide administrative support to attorneys.
- Work independently on pleadings discovery motion preparation and e-discovery.
- Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court case management docketing e-discovery document review exhibit preparation attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Experience with toxic tort employment and commercial cases is a plus.

The yearly salary range is between $45000-$80000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience including the location where the position is filled.
