Job Summary

Position: Senior Legal Counsel

Location: Pieta Malta (office)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide legal advice across various practice areas including corporate commercial intellectual property data protection employment and dispute resolution.
Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
Develop and maintain legal templates internal policies and contract management processes.
Deliver timely practical guidance to support compliant and efficient business decision-making.
Review implement and enforce terms and conditions while handling disputes complaints and litigation matters.
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders.
Collaborate with external counsel on complex and cross-border legal issues.
Lead due diligence processes to ensure compliance in multi-jurisdictional markets.
Support corporate governance by preparing resolutions legal documentation and internal records.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native / fluent in English with strong command in both writing and speaking.
Additional proficiency in Finnish would be considered an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar legal role.
Degree in Law with professional legal qualification.
Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented quality-driven approach.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to share expertise and contribute to team development.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across the business.
Confidence in advising senior management and contributing to strategic decision-making.
