The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician for a two-year Administrative Fellowship.
This unique fellowship is designed for physicians interested in advancing their skills in operations leadership and healthcare administration while maintaining clinical practice.
Program Highlights:
Appointment as Clinical Instructor (Adjunct) at LKSOM
Clinical practice in Temples emergency departments
Role as Interim Assistant Medical Director at a TUHS ED working closely with ED Medical and Fellowship Directors
Hands-on projects in departmental operations tailored to the fellows interests
Training in hospital/department operations staffing finance quality improvement leadership and medicolegal issues
Opportunity to pursue an advanced degree (MBA MHA or other) using tuition remission
Qualifications:
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
