Job Description
Location: Edmonds WA (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:30)
Patient Services Specialist -
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 5x9hr Days 0800-1730 Mon-Fri
- Years of Experience REQ: At least 2 YR of experience working in a PSS (or similar) role
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes

- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes traveler may be required to float between the Gastroenterology teams 4 locations - Seattle (2 locations but First Hill Arnold Pavilion is primary) Issaquah and Edmonds
- Open to accommodating block schedule Yes; Schedule is Mon-Fri
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered local within 50 mile radius will accept locals at the same rate
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position is on-site NOT virtual.
- Swedish Gastroenterology has 30 MD/APC and 125 caregivers. This position will require candidate to answer the phone check patients in and schedule appointments for our providers across all 4 locations.
- PSS experience specifically in a GI environment is not required.
- Interview will be required before offer.
