What this job involves:
- We are looking for a motivated professional to join our national Research team as a Research Analyst based in Brisbane.
- Responsibility for collating and analysing data for designated QLD property markets.
- The role will include tracking a range of property data variables that will potentially cover a selection of office retail and industrial sectors including vacancy construction and sales and leasing transactions.
- Identifying investment themes and trends.
- Report writing for subscriber clients as well as for public facing research papers.
- Assist our clients with their additional enquiries and research requirements.
- Being part of a market leading property research team.
What we are looking for:
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is comfortable working with desktop software packages (Word PowerPoint and particularly Excel)
- Open to learning new software programs as required.
- You will be confident positive and well organised.
- Detail orientated with a good eye for accuracy process and deadline driven as well as a multi-tasker.
- An interest in the financial and real estate industry and experience working with large data-sets is highly regarded however not essential.
- Recent graduate or 1 to 2 years of industry experience.
- Qualifications ideally as an undergraduate degree in Property Economics Commerce and other disciplines will be highly regarded.
