This 12-month secondment is a great chance to broaden your experience.
As a Senior Finance Analyst youll partner with and provide financial support to the Leasing Team. Key responsibilities include deal benchmarking forecasting budgeting and variance analysis. Youll play a vital role within the asset team supporting commercial decisions and delivering financial insights to Leasing Retail Solutions and Finance stakeholders.
Accountabilities
- Insights & Strategic Analysis Provide numerical support for leasing decisions focusing on gross rent data across a portfolio of centre
- Business Partnering Deliver analysis that enhances financial understanding and supports decision-making while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting Produce review and analyse financial and management reports offering clear insights
- Team Leadership Guide Leasing Finance Analysts take ownership of key financial tasks and ensure deliverables are met
