Under limited supervision the technician coordinates the daily clinical and administrative operations of the maxillofacial laboratory. This position fabricates and repairs a variety of prosthodontic implant and dental appliances for patients afflicted with trauma defects and disorders to improve quality of life and function of patients.
Education: High School Diploma required; Associates degree from an accredited school in dental
technology preferred
Experience: Work experience in prosthetic restorations anaplastology and/or in a dental practice
setting preferred
License/Certification: Licensure as a Dental Technician in South Carolina and/or certification as a Dental Technician (CDT) preferred
Additional Job Description
