Production Technician
Location: Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex
SUMMARY
This role focuses on hands-on technical work in a clean air-conditioned production environment. Youll operate and maintain precision equipment used in semiconductor backend processes troubleshoot issues and contribute to daily production tasks. Entry-level training and data tracking may also be part of the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up calibrate and align production equipment
Monitor and track equipment performance
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs
Record and compile equipment performance data
Assist in training junior technicians
Follow work instructions under general supervision
Handle moderately complex issues and escalate others as needed
Operate semiconductor backend tools (wafer probe dicing assembly test etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Graduation from a technical school or skilled trade program
2 - 4 years of relevant hands-on experience
Ability to lift to 50 lbs
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
PREFERENCES
Experience in semiconductor backend production
(wafer probe dicing final test etc.)
Familiarity with microscopes and symbolization equipment
