We are currently working with a respected Dublin law firm seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their established property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1 years PQE primarily focused on residential conveyancing with some involvement in commercial leasing. The Role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor you will:
Manage residential transactions including sales purchases and re-mortgages
Review titles contracts and lending documentation
Advise on commercial lease matters and property-related agreements
Liaise with clients agents financial institutions and legal stakeholders
Support a busy friendly property team with excellent internal processes
The Person
Were looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor who has:
1 years PQE in residential conveyancing
Experience managing files with minimal supervision
A keen eye for detail and strong drafting ability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
