Responsibilities
Building and managing high-level relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders
Owning and optimizing the full sales cycle - from pipeline development to client success retention and expansion
Collaborating with the 3D Design and Implementation Team Business Communication Team UX team to strategize and implement 3D software cloud platform and connected services within CLOs ecosystem
Supporting and managing clients via in-person meetings emails and conference calls
Researching market trends and customer needs to inform strategic business expansion and product adoption
Leading regional go-to-market strategies and partnerships
Mentoring and guiding Business Development team members
Presenting CLOs vision technology and products in client meetings and industry events (e.g. exhibitions seminars conferences and panels)
Requirements
10 years of experience in Business Development Account Management or Consulting in the Apparel Technology or SaaS industry
Proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and project management skills
Customer-focused communication and interpersonal abilities
Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
Engaging presentation skills
Collaborative team-oriented mindset
Tech-savvy with a passion for emerging technologies
Willingness to travel frequently
Fluency in Cantonese and English
Must be a Hong Kong citizen or hold a valid work /residence visa
Nice to have
Additional language skills
Familiarity with the fashion supply chain consulting and 2D/3D apparel design technologies
