About the role

We are currently recruiting a Safety Business Partner to join our Operations People and Safety division. As a Safety Business Partner youll be a key safety leader within Essential Energy helping to shape and embed a culture of safe practice across the organisation. Youll provide strategic and operational safety advice influence stakeholders and support the implementation of safety programs that align with corporate goals and regulatory standards.

  • Lead the delivery of Health and Safety strategies across employees contractors and service providers.

  • Provide expert guidance on safety investigations audits and incident management.

This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energys operational footprint and will be a secondment for 12 months.

About You

Youre a safety-focused professional with a strong background in health safety and environment. You bring a collaborative mindset excellent communication skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring others. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of safety and inclusion.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Health Safety and Environment or equivalent experience.
