ImplementingHRSystemsandPrograms:

NavigatingComplexEmployeeRelations:
Manageandresolvesensitiveemployeerelationsissuesandinternaldisputes.

OverseedailyHRcompliancetasksincludingmanagingunemploymentclaimsworkerscompensationprogramsandotheremployerobligations.
Ensureyourteamsprocessesandrecordsarecompliantwithallrelevantstateandfederalemploymentlaws.

Youareanexpertproblem-solverwiththeabilitytonavigatecomplexandsensitiveissueswithahighdegreeofemotionalintelligence.
