Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle and shape our growing workforce. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance talent acquisition drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture. You will report directly to the CEO and have a significant impact on our organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Develop and execute employee retention strategies to reduce turnover.
Manage employee feedback programs including surveys and focus groups to enhance morale and workplace satisfaction.
Design and promote employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain meticulous HR records and manage HRIS systems.
Oversee all HR administrative tasks and reporting.
Attendance & HR Policies
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
Must be October Zayed Hadayeq el Aharam or a nearby resident.
In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and employment regulations.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred:
Experience working in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
