Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle and shape our growing workforce. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance talent acquisition drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture. You will report directly to the CEO and have a significant impact on our organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and full-cycle hiring processes for all roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to optimize time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Manage and improve the new hire onboarding and orientation experience.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Develop and execute employee retention strategies to reduce turnover.
Manage employee feedback programs including surveys and focus groups to enhance morale and workplace satisfaction.
Design and promote employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for all employee relations issues providing conflict resolution and mediation.
- Advise and coach managers on performance management disciplinary actions and HR best practices.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Oversee and manage employee attendance absence records and disciplinary actions related to dismissals.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of working hours leaves and attendance compliance.
- Develop implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding policy interpretation and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 3- 5 years of experience in a senior HR Generalist HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
Must be October Zayed Hadayeq el Aharam or a nearby resident.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment talent acquisition and interview techniques.
In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and employment regulations.
- Strong experience in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
