Description

The Manager Strategic Partnerships will serve as the driving force behind FMOL Healths efforts to cultivate sustain and elevate high-impact relationships with key academic and organizational partnersbeginning with state universities and expansion to other colleges high schools and significant entities across the health systems footprint. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and operating at a system level the Manager Strategic Partnerships will design and execute strategies that foster collaborative growth and ensure FMOL Healths presence is robust visible and valued in every partnership community.



Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop refine and oversee the implementation of strategies to nurture and leverage strategic partnerships across the health system.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between FMOL Health and partner institutions cultivating strong working relationships identifying joint opportunities and enhancing collaboration for mutual benefit.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the Strategic Partnerships Team which includes multimedia project management and event logistics support roles. Mentor team members foster a collaborative environment and ensure alignment with FMOL Healths mission and goals.

Marketing & Communications: Oversee the development and execution of partnership-focused marketing and communications plans. Work closely with the systems MarComm and social media teams to ensure a consistent dynamic presence across all media channels including organic and paid social apps podcasts and more.

Management of Key Initiatives: Direct and monitor partnership initiatives setting clear objectives timelines and success metrics while ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of all projects and campaigns.

Event Oversight: Supervise the planning coordination and execution of partnership events ensuring an impactful FMOL Health presence and flawless event logistics.

Reporting & Accountability: Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Chief Marketing Officer and other senior leaders regarding partnership activities performance and opportunities for further expansion. Develop and maintain positive relationships with senior leaders across the health system.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze partnership outcomes collect feedback and recommend enhancements to strategies and processes that strengthen relationships and increase value for FMOL Health and its partners.



Qualifications
  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing Advertising or related field.
  • Required Experience: 8 Years Experience in marketing and communications with emphasis on strategic relationships to include colleges and universities as well as secondary education facilities.
  • Progressive experience in partnership development strategic relationship management or related roles within healthcare higher education or corporate environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and sustain partnerships at the organizational academic and community levels.
  • Experience in strategic marketing communications and event planning strongly preferred.
