Description of the role:
The Sales Manager at Findlay Lincoln in Henderson NV will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee sales team performance
- Set sales targets and provide support to team members to achieve them
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Train and onboard new sales representatives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Automotive sales management
- must be proficient in CDK and E Leads
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must Posses a Positive Attitude and great work ethic
