Job Description

Are You Ready to Build Your Legacy in Sales

Precision Sales Recruiting is searching for a driven growth-oriented sales professional to join one of our client s Iowa-based teams. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a real impact while earning serious income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary sales advisor for prospective clients
  • Conduct in-person appointments guide clients through the decision-making and purchase process and follow through to close
  • Take full ownership of your sales pipeline and client relationships
  • Participate in daily virtual sales huddles and weekly one-on-ones with leadership
  • Maintain a well-organized calendar and client follow-up plan using HubSpot CRM
  • Partner with the company s inside sales team for lead distribution and appointment scheduling
  • Attend prospecting events build referral relationships and represent the company at networking functions
  • Consistently meet or exceed established quarterly sales goals

What We Look For

  • Sales experience in a high-commission or performance-driven environment preferred
  • Excellent follow-up client service and objection-handling skills
  • Strong organizational habits and the ability to plan each day with purpose
  • A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a competitive environment
  • Willingness to work at least one weekend day per week as needed
  • Reliable transportation and ability to serve multiple locations within driving distance

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115000 - $220000
  • Choice between commission only and base plus commission compensation plans.
