Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary sales advisor for prospective clients
- Conduct in-person appointments guide clients through the decision-making and purchase process and follow through to close
- Take full ownership of your sales pipeline and client relationships
- Participate in daily virtual sales huddles and weekly one-on-ones with leadership
- Maintain a well-organized calendar and client follow-up plan using HubSpot CRM
- Partner with the company s inside sales team for lead distribution and appointment scheduling
- Attend prospecting events build referral relationships and represent the company at networking functions
- Consistently meet or exceed established quarterly sales goals
What We Look For
- Sales experience in a high-commission or performance-driven environment preferred
- Excellent follow-up client service and objection-handling skills
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to plan each day with purpose
- A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a competitive environment
- Willingness to work at least one weekend day per week as needed
- Reliable transportation and ability to serve multiple locations within driving distance

Compensation
- Base Salary: $55000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115000 - $220000
- Choice between commission only and base plus commission compensation plans.
