Senior Product Manger, AI Enablement - Productivity Platform

What Youll Do:

Roblox Operating System (ROS) is an internal platform that governs how we operate as a company. Via a holistic and integrated set of tools ROS shapes our talent and personnel decisions how work is planned and organized how communication and knowledge is discovered and ultimately how we scale effectively.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help to scale the ROS team while focusing on AI enablement of both existing and new ROS products. This is a new team at Roblox and we need a leader who can work with a high level of freedom and autonomy advocate best in class development practices and collaborate with internal and external partners on a daily basis. This is a unique opportunity to join a small but fast-growing team with a massive impact on the future of Roblox. You will report to the Head of Product for Roblox Operating System.

About the role

As Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement within the Roblox Operating System (ROS) you will lead product strategy vision and delivery for our most advanced automation and AI-powered and agentic capabilities. Your work will directly drive Robloxs 2030 ambition of scaling revenue and operational effectiveness through innovative AI-centric productivity solutions for a diverse community of Builders. You will be expected to operate independently navigate ambiguity and drive projects from zero-to-one through to scalable high-impact implementation. You will report to the Head of Product for Roblox Operating System and collaborate closely with engineering data science UX legal and other cross-functional teams.

You will:

• Own and drive the vision strategy and execution to platformize AI-powered search agents and workflows for company-wide impact focused productivity beyond the realm of code generation. Build the foundational ecosystem to support agents as teammates and employees at scale.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities by working with executive stakeholders analyzing business processes and understanding employee pain points. Advocate for AI as a force multiplier facilitating adoption and change management across the company and measuring impact on organizational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Partner with engineering data science people science and design to build evaluate continuously deploy and monitor AI-driven workflows agents and searchincluding but not limited to credential automation data-driven decision support and intelligent user experiences. Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and roadmap defining appropriate success metrics and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define and evangelize best practices for responsible AI use ensuring all initiatives are in line with industry-leading AI Responsible Use Principles by keeping human judgment at the core of key decisions establishing monitoring and validation to avoid bias or harm ensuring compliance with laws/regulations and safeguarding privacy and security. Partner with legal InfoSec and operations to develop governance review and monitoring processes for responsible and ethical AI and automation deployment.

You have:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Engineering or a similar technical field.
• 8 years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering business-critical products involving AI systems automation platforms developer tooling agentic workflows and turning vibe-coding into reality. Experience building and scaling zero-to-one products preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML dev ops evaluation frameworks agentic workflows and permission systems integration. Proven ability to collaborate closely with technical leads and data scientists.
• Deep user empathy and strong product sense; ability to translate complex workflows and ambiguous needs into usable impactful and responsible AI-powered experiences. Experience operationalizing responsible AI/ML practices (i.e. bias monitoring privacy data governance regulatory compliance and risk management) at scale.
• Exceptional communication stakeholder alignment and influencing skillscomfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to executives. Strategic vision with a bias for action: thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments and can quickly assess and adapt to new information shifting priorities or technical constraints.
