Job Description
Capital Ford of Charlotte is looking for a Parts Dispatcher & Warehouse Supervisor to keep our parts department running smoothly and this role youll lead our warehouse team manage inventory and ensure timely accurate dispatch of parts to both customers and internal departments.

What Youll Do:
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to deliver top performance
- Oversee daily operations: receiving stocking staging and dispatching parts
- Maintain accurate inventory and keep stock levels on track
- Coordinate timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules
- Ensure safety compliance and an organized warehouse environment
- Work with vendors and internal teams to streamline logistics
What Were Looking For:
- 35 years of warehouse dispatch or logistics leadership (automotive preferred)
- Strong team leadership and organizational skills
- Comfortable with inventory software and warehouse operations systems
- Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
