Car Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Our pay structure allows you to make your own check with a commission-based pay plan plus an hourly pay of $18.41

Car Sales Representative Qualifications
- People Person - a dedicated individual who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers
- Bilingual - English and Spanish.
- Drivers License - valid with a clean record.
- Open schedule - willing to work long hours.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check.
Experience Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required. We will provide training to help you succeed.
