The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills multitasking ability and strong communication to support multiple departments including admin accounts and HR.
Bachelors degree (Business Administration preferred)
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies filing systems and documentation
Schedule meetings appointments and coordinate internal communications
Assist management in preparing reports letters and documentation
Supervise support staff and ensure smooth office environment
Coordinate with departments (Accounts HR QC Procurement) for operational needs
Handle correspondence with clients vendors and external parties
Ensure confidentiality and secure record keeping
