Job Description
Role Overview:
For one of our clients we are seeking a Manager Proposal to supervise prepare and update proposals/bids for engineering design projects (Basic Engineering / FEED / Detailed Engineering) ensuring technical soundness financial viability and compliance with client requirements market trends and management directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop bid and execution strategies in consultation with the Head of Proposals.
- Lead proposal/bid preparation with structured cost-effective technical and commercial considerations.
- Identify potential risks and recommend safeguards to minimise exposure.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and QHSE standards.
- Provide strong leadership by setting objectives managing performance and developing staff.
Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- 9 to 15 years of experience in Engineering Design (Piping & Process discipline essential).
- Expertise in proposals bids and cost estimation.
- Strong communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and related tools.
