As the HR Manager you will be responsible for setting up and leading HR functions in a growing organization. This role involves managing recruitment employee records payroll coordination and developing HR policies to support the business.
Bachelors degree in HR Management / Business Administration and related degree
Familiarity with HR processes (recruitment onboarding payroll compliance)
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build HR systems from the ground up
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment cycle: job postings shortlisting interviews onboarding
Maintain attendance leave records and employee files
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions
Support management with workforce planning and performance management
Organize training orientation and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
