Job Summary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- 2-3 years of experience as Project Manager
- Must be experienced in IT related project such as CCTV WIFI Structured Cabling
- Must be experienced in doing site surveys making quotes/budgets
- Good Communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must have Drivers License
- Local knowledge in the area of El Nido Palawan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning coordinating and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget timeline and scope.
- Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders clients or project team members.
- Coordinate internal sources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Conducting onsite surveys and making quotes/budgets
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the CEO.
