A premier eyewear boutique specializing in high-end designer frames and lenses is seeking a patient and outgoing Retail Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone personable sales-driven and passionate about providing personalized service.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting customers with frame and lens selection
Providing expert advice and personalized styling recommendations
Supporting daily sales operations and meeting sales targets
Ensuring store displays and merchandise are organized and appealing
Collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming environment
Ideal Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personable and customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Interest in fashion design or optical products a plus
