Job Description
Overview
Qualfon is hiring seasonal agents to help field inbound only calls to take applications for licensed agents duing the Anual Enrollment Period.
Must be able to work onsite: 214 College Park Plaza Suite 206 Johnstown PA 15904

Responsibilities
-Receive inbound calls for licensed health insurance agents and code out calls.
-Sensitive and articulate written and verbal communication skills
-Caring and active listening skills
-Reliability to work as scheduled and get the job done
-Flexibility to work hours of operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center and/or healthcare preferred).
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required.
- Strong communication skillsclear caring and professional.
- Solid computer skills including MS Office and navigating the web.
- Reliability flexibility and a commitment to getting the job done right.
