Job Description Summary:


Oversees the maintenance of the physical infrastructure and equipment of facilities ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.


Job Description:


Essential Functions:

  • Maintains and oversees the upkeep of facilities and equipment coordinating projects and teams as needed.
  • Coordinates with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitors and manages inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures and of operating budgets regarding facilities and equipment.
  • Conducts regular rounds to identify and address any potential hazards or regulatory compliance issues.
  • Communicates with staff and management to ensure that facilities meet all needs expectations and regulatory requirements.


Education Requirement:

  • High School graduate required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project managementskills.
  • Excellent organizational verbal and written communications skills.

  • Four years of experience in facility managementor related field required.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
