The Opportunity
HVDC is looking for a motivated Health Safety and Environmental Specialist to join our international team and contribute to a safer more sustainable future. You will be part of the HSE Service team supporting and driving improvements across a global organization.
As an HSE Specialist your main responsibility is to promote and lead Health Safety and Environmental initiatives with a strong focus on supporting HVDC Service Organization.

How Youll Make an Impact
Drive and promote a strong HSE culture
Train coach and support managers and employees on HSE actions and compliance
Take on an expert role in HSE related IT systems and tools support users both remotely and during site visits
Support development improvement and implementation of internal HSE related documentation
Analyze HSE performance gather data and identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
Drive HSE initiatives and follow up on HSE targets
Deliver actionable insights and best practices in a dynamic global environment
Assist with internal and external audits including ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018
Lead or support incident investigations and lessons learned
Support compliance with local and international HSE requirements and standards
Your Background
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in HSE Environmental Science or related field
5 years experience in health safety and/or environmental roles
Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
Knowledge of ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 50001
Knowledge of Swedish legislation within the HSE area
