Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve root causes of inefficiencies.
- Develop SOPs and track performance metrics like on-time canning and labor efficiency.
- Support ROI analysis for mechanization and automation investments.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
- 3 years in operations improvement ideally in agriculture or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Success Metrics:
- 35% reduction in operational waste.
- 97% on-time canning completion.
- ROI delivery on automation projects.
- Improved labor alignment and SOP adoption.
