Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
Collaborate with operations teams to resolve root causes of inefficiencies.
Develop SOPs and track performance metrics like on-time canning and labor efficiency.
Support ROI analysis for mechanization and automation investments.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
3 years in operations improvement ideally in agriculture or manufacturing.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Success Metrics:

35% reduction in operational waste.
97% on-time canning completion.
ROI delivery on automation projects.
Improved labor alignment and SOP adoption.
