General Description: The Customer Project Resource Manager position is intended to be a resource within the ArcLight Wireless team that can function independently to identify hire and manage quality engineers to work for our onsite client projects. Other requirements are to maintain and grow existing relationships with existing and potential customers.

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Maintain and establish relationships with existing and future customers.
- Identify and hire quality candidates
- Administratively manage engineers within assigned teams
- Clearly report team status and projections
- Ability to manage yourself and develop your own solutions to problems and issues.
- MUST display a high sense of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications :
Work Experience Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with customer project management and resource management
- Dependable trustworthy good attention to detail organized and efficient
Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in related engineering major (EE CE CS etc.)
