What your day looks like:
- Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
- Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
- Preparing precise estimates for labour parts and materials.
- Creating detailed repair orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
- Keeping clients informed with transparent updates realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
- Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with Porsche service standards.
- Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.
What you bring to the team:
- Experience in a dealership is great if not dont worry just bring your positive attitude!
- A hands-on problem-solving attitude ready to jump in tackle challenges and keep things moving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional composed and collaborative mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A valid drivers license with a clean driving abstract.
