Job Description
3-8 years of consulting or relevant experience specializing in developing compelling
business cases conducting thorough analyses and creating impactful presentations
Proven track record in developing data-based reports and presentations that
demonstrate value proposition and drives decision-making
Perform detailed quantitative analysis and interpret structured and unstructured data
draw conclusions and execute various projects for members including benchmarking
consolidation categorization savings analysis and optimization
Expertise in analyzing complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and build
strategic recommendations
Experience in creating visually engaging and persuasive presentations to effectively
communicate findings and recommendations
Consulting background with a focus on procurement supply chain buying or sourcing
will be a plus
Possessing a strong understanding of the manufacturing and/or MRO sector bringing
industry-specific insights to consulting engagements will be a plus
Bachelors degree is required and a Graduate degree will be valuable an asset
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring timely delivery
of high-quality business cases and analyses
Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored for presenting findings and
insights to stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to build
consensus around proposed business cases
Proficient with advanced Excel functions (building pivot tables developing macros
handling large data sets etc.) and comfortable working in Excel for extended periods
Flexible to work different shifts as required aligning with US East Coast working hours
depending on need .
