Develop Quality Management Plans (QMP) and procedures for major infrastructure projects.
Implement the quality systems through coordination liaison and integration with the project teams.
Provide training to project staff to ensure adherence to the quality system.
Track the status of non-conformance reports and perform root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indices (KPIs).
Coordinate management reviews with senior management to verify effectiveness and promote continuous improvement of the QMP.
Prepare reports to senior management.
Facilitate quality meetings and workshops.
Participate in and/ or lead quality assurance audits (external and internal) and prepare audit reports.
Preparation of project proposal sections related to Quality Assurance
Qualifications
BS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Engineering Management or related fields preferred.
8 years of proven QA/QC coordination experience in infrastructure engineering projects.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Proficiency with MS Office programs required including advanced Excel and Visio skills.
Must have strong understanding of document control processes.
Experience with ProjectWise software preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients toughest challenges.
Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team working together toward technical excellence.
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment we have provided the base compensation range of$100000 - $125000 annually for this position and local market.
