Full-time fixed-term appointment for 12 months
HEW 3 - $64963 p.a. plus up to 17% superannuationPosition closing date: 14/09/2025

About the role
You will provide professional customer service and administrative support in our food and retail services and support commercial operations at our SMB Campus.
You will:
provide retail and food service in our caf store operations and functions;
produce internal catering food products and beverages for sale; and
provide prompt and efficient customer service to our customers.
About you
You will have a commitment to quality customer service with attention to detail and the ability to work with students and other client groups.
You will possess:
prior experience in a hospitality or retail setting would be highly desirable;
the ability to use standard office software packages;
interpersonal and communication skills; and
ability to work independently as well as part of a team
All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Please refer to the position description for WWCC requirements.
