Job Descriptions:
- To execute motivational recognition and incentive programs and events to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity
- Organize training programs and events to target agent segments to develop potential and existing MDRT members
- Provide administration support to MDRT campaign and MDRT membership registration
- Assist manager to design tailor-made incentive campaigns to boost the number of MDRT members
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance agency channel across agency management agency reward / incentives agency events or other agency channel function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong knowledge of event management and execution
- Excellent writing skill in both English and Chinese
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Excellent communication skill
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently.
- Knowledge in insurance industry and agency structure
