Are you a natural at finding top-tier talent confident in navigating international markets and driven to make high-impact hires across industries Then Sperton wants to hear from you.
Were looking for a Senior Recruiter with a 3-month contract (with a possibility of permanent hire) who can work independently source globally and deliver top talent across engineering IT energy mechanical consulting logistics and more from LATAM to the US.
The Role
As Senior Recruiter you will take ownership of end-to-end international recruitment delivering top-tier talent across diverse markets and disciplines. With your expertise youll ensure a seamless hiring process that meets the needs of the business while attracting high-quality candidates.
What Youll Do
- Full-cycle recruitment across multiple international markets like LATAM USA Canada and more.
- Source and attract talent across a variety of sectors:
- White Collar: Engineering (civil mechanical electrical) IT corporate operations energy etc
- Grey Collar: Technical skilled trades field engineering project management supervisors
- Blue Collar: Technicians machine operators construction workers and general labor across industrial and field-based sectors
- Use a blend of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search ATS social platforms global job boards) to target hard-to-find talent
- Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand workforce planning and talent strategy
- Build proactive pipelines and market maps for critical skill areas
- You will be expected to adhere to Spertons established routines processes and systems.
Who You Are
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on international recruitment
- Proven ability to deliver across multiple regions and industries listed above
- Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new environments
- Strong experience with white-collar grey-collar and blue-collar recruitment
- Excellent communication time management and stakeholder interaction skills
- Tech-savvy and confident using ATS sourcing tools and internal systems
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
