Job Description

A global leader in PEEK materials specializing in R&D and production for 18 years. With over 500 customized PEEK products the company serves industries such as orthopedics automotive oil & gas semiconductor analytical instruments medical and more. As part of its expansion strategy it is establishing operations in India and is seeking a Foreign Trade Sales Manager to spearhead growth in the orthopedics sector.

Position: Foreign Trade Sales Manager Orthopedics Industry
Location: India (remote until office setup then full-time on-site)
Company: National Specialized Specialized and New Small Giant Enterprise
Company Scale: 560 employees 300M RMB annual revenue
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive package minimum base social insurance contribution

What Youll Do:

Develop and expand sales channels through online platforms and social media (LinkedIn Facebook etc.)
Create business opportunities via international platforms and industry exhibitions
Manage EU import/export processes and oversee full contract execution
Implement company sales strategies and marketing plans with measurable results
Communicate with customers negotiate terms and close business deals
Master the PEEK product lines and use the FABE method (Features Advantages Benefits Evidence) to effectively promote solutions
Contribute to overseas company registration location selection and India office setup

Who You Are:
Bachelors degree (International Trade Marketing Polymer Materials Medical Chemical Engineering Mechanical Manufacturing or related)
35 years of work experience in the orthopedics industry (required)
Experience using LinkedIn Facebook or industry exhibitions for business development
Strong knowledge of international business development channels (online & offline)
Familiar with EU import/export processes and end-to-end contract management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (mandatory)
Strong product knowledge with ability to apply FABE methodology
Prior experience setting up overseas companies (registration location selection etc.) is a strong plus
Remote work is not accepted once the India office is established
