About the job Your Responsibilities:
Customer service & technical support for world-renowned brands
Assist customers via phone email and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Ensure an outstanding customer experience
Work towards goals and KPIs in a structured work environment
Who Are We Looking For
Fluent in German (written and spoken)
Good English skills (training is conducted in English)
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
Flexible and comfortable with working different hours
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required full training is provided!
