About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping people find effective solutions We are looking for French-speaking Customer Advisors to join our growing support team in Greece!

In this role you will represent one of the worlds most innovative and design-driven technology brands known globally for its premium-quality household and personal care products. Youll handle customer inquiries provide guidance and ensure an exceptional service experience all from the comfort of your home in Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone email or chat.

  • Handle product-related questions troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide guidance on usage or maintenance.

  • Manage orders returns warranties and other post-sales processes efficiently.

  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on new releases or features.

  • Uphold company values and maintain a professional empathetic and customer-focused approach in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of French (C1 or native) both written and spoken.

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication and training.

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit/residency card mandatory requirement.

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to work with multiple systems and tools simultaneously.

  • Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required full training will be provided.
