Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple communication platforms.
- Investigate and identify practical solutions to address customer issues or concerns.
- Act as the primary contact for business partners or clients handling questions about products services or account management.
- Deliver accurate and thorough information by using the correct tools systems and procedures.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and foster a positive experience for customers and partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient problem resolution.
Requirements
- Fluent/native in Foreign Language (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills plus good proficiency in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service hospitality retail or a similar field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with effective use of product/service knowledge.
- Proficient with computers and customer service software.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work area if working remotely.
- Authorized to work in Greece or willing to relocate with necessary work permits.
