Job Summary

Are you passionate about making a real difference in patients lives We are looking for a dedicated Primary Care Physician trained in either Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) or Family Medicine to join a high-impact mission-driven healthcare team serving a diverse populationfrom infants to seniors.

In this role youll provide patient-centered care with an unwavering commitment to quality compassion and integrity. Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team lead mid-level providers and champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in care delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Full-Scope Primary Care: Diagnose treat and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan from pediatrics to geriatrics.

  • Promote Preventive Health: Educate patients on wellness prevention and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with physicians advanced practice providers and care staff to deliver coordinated high-quality care.

  • Lead and Supervise: Oversee Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to ensure clinical excellence and compliance with care standards.

  • Maintain Clinical Knowledge: Stay updated on medical best practices and participate in ongoing learning and training initiatives.

  • Practice with Accountability: Take ownership of your clinical decision-making and documentation ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.

  • Support a Diverse Community: Deliver culturally competent care that reflects and respects patients backgrounds values and experiences.



Requirements


  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics.

  • 13 years of experience in a primary care or outpatient clinical setting is preferred.

  • Unrestricted Medical License to practice in the State of Michigan.

  • DEA License in good standing.

  • Proficiency with EMR systems especially Allscripts (preferred).

  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical diagnosis patient care and medical documentation.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Cultural humility and a strong commitment to serving vulnerable and diverse populations.
