Data Collection:Unit Information: D2 Location: Mission Main campus/D corridor Address: 509 Biltmore Avenue Floor: 2nd floor (D2)Building: Mission General InformationTell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 20# and type of staff:Day Shift 1 charge 4 RN 2 CNANight Shift - 1 charge 4 RN 2 CNAPatient Ratios 1:5/ 1:6 stretch dependent on level of careInpatient overflow unit w/mixed level of care- medical surgical and/or step-down patients bedded on this unitShort stay (< 24 hr LOS) patients target to this unit. Quick turnoverType of equipment telemetry; if telemetry monitoring indicated all patients hardwired to bedside monitor. EMR - CernerTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Telemetry competency Progressive Care experiencePreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
