Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and compassionate ICU RN to join a reputed Regional Health Center in Ottumwa IA. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment. This role is vital for maintaining exceptional standards of patient care in the Intensive Care ResponsibilitiesProvide direct and comprehensive nursing care to ICU vital signs manage ventilators administer medications and respond to procedures and interventions within scope of practice as defined by the Iowa State Board of with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient all patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital compliance with infection control safety and regulatory QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Registered Nursing unencumbered Iowa RN license or Compact State Life Support (BLS) Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course completed within 6 months of hire or pass written dysrhythmia competency within 90 RN experience in acute care QualificationsExperience in Telemetry or Progressive Care Care RN Certification (or willingness to obtain).BenefitsComprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Dental Vision)401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Tuition AssistanceEmployee Wellness Programs
