Job Description

Reporting to our Clinical Training and Development Manager youll embark on nationwide adventures with up to 60% travel across the U.S. This role offers the flexibility of remote work allowing you to change in patient care from your home office!

Responsibilities
  • Lead successful onboarding and training both remotely and in-person ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • Offer timely customer and technical support to maintain user confidence and smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enhance scan quality through proactive customer engagement and training interventions.
  • Showcase imaging products through virtual or in-person demos driving sales and expanding our reach.
  • Assist in crafting engaging training materials and programs for users and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to pinpoint training needs and enhance product usability.
  • Capture and report customer feedback fueling ongoing product improvements.
  • Contribute to broader product enhancement efforts particularly in usability.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Applied Sciences Science or Health Sciences or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in medical training or education with practical medical imaging exposure.
  • Proficiency in ultrasound imaging is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S. ability to travel to Canada on occasion.
  • US citizen or permanent resident.
  • Valid drivers license and passport.
  • Exceptional communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in autonomy and adapts readily to evolving demands.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and adept with email and calendar tools.
  • Experience using a CRM system is an asset.
