- Close service tickets promptly to ensure timely revenue capture.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve outstanding issues within deadlines.
- Address and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate organized billing and financial records.
- Respond promptly to email requests and provide strong administrative support to the finance team.
