About You: We are looking for a Billing Clerk. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and a multi-tasker.

Compensation/Benefits: Competitive pay ranging from $23-$27/hour depending on qualifications. Essential Functions:

  • Convert work orders to invoices.
  • Work with the service dispatching team to ensure all pertinent information is included on the work orders.
  • Assemble and distribute supplemental reports that accompanies invoices.
  • Submit necessary customer billing information via electronic portals.
  • Work with the accounting team to research billing questions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Competency in MS Excel MS Outlook PC Skills and 10-key
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • High rate of accuracy and ability to self-audit
  • Maintain a high level of professional conduct including honesty integrity and professional appearance
  • Team player and an ability to remain positive and motivated
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles is preferred
