About You: We are looking for a Billing Clerk. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and a multi-tasker.
Compensation/Benefits: Competitive pay ranging from $23-$27/hour depending on qualifications. Essential Functions:
- Convert work orders to invoices.
- Work with the service dispatching team to ensure all pertinent information is included on the work orders.
- Assemble and distribute supplemental reports that accompanies invoices.
- Submit necessary customer billing information via electronic portals.
- Work with the accounting team to research billing questions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Competency in MS Excel MS Outlook PC Skills and 10-key
- Strong communication and organization skills
- High rate of accuracy and ability to self-audit
- Maintain a high level of professional conduct including honesty integrity and professional appearance
- Team player and an ability to remain positive and motivated
- 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Familiar with basic accounting principles is preferred
