Position : Sales & Account Executive
Working Schedule : 8a-5p MST (Can be flexible with four hours of US overlap Possible shift of 4am-12pm MST)
Salary Range : $1800 - $2200 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary
Were seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales & Account Executive to help us grow from 30 to 100 customers and beyond. You ll lead sales outreach drive demo conversion and help shape our go-to-market motion. This role is ideal for someone who loves relationships storytelling with data and shaping a movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Conduct needs-based discovery calls and tailored demo walkthroughs
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging campaigns and drip sequences
- Educate potential clients on our AI-first analytics approach
- Build relationships with key stakeholders: Advancement Admissions CFOs and Heads of School
- Capture client feedback to inform product development
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends competition and market conditions.
- Accurately track and report on all sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- 3 5 years in B2B SaaS edtech nonprofit tech or services sales
- Excellent communication storytelling and listening skills
- Strong familiarity with the nonprofit or independent school space
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
- Startup or early-stage company experience a plus
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable with cold calling lead generation and business development.
- Bonus: Passion for data strategy and AI-driven innovation
