Job Description

This is a remote position.

Join our team at Spyglass Travel and Tours as an Email/Chat Support Specialist in the Leisure Travel & Tourism industry. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide excellent customer service through email and chat channels.

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our travel packages services and policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support processes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
