Manage and analyse marketing campaign performance across APAC markets identifying trends growth opportunities and areas for optimisation.
Develop strategic recommendations based on data insights to improve ROI and guide future campaign planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.
Vendor Performance Optimisation
Evaluate vendor performance across regions identifying high-performing partners and recommending opportunities for scaling.
Insight Generation & Reporting
Leverage platform data (orders sessions conversions) to uncover growth patterns
Extract meaningful insights from the data to guide campaign optimisation and future strategy development.
Regularly communicate campaign performance updates insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. Prepare and present reports that clearly articulate the impact of campaigns and opportunities for growth.
Experimentation & Testing
Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate campaign strategies messaging and formats.
Use test results to refine campaign direction and improve effectiveness across channels.
Qualifications :
6 years of experience in growth campaign management
Confident working with datacomfortable analyzing performance identifying trends and turning insights into clear actionable steps
Experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce environments is a strong plus
Skilled in transforming complex metrics into meaningful takeaways to optimize campaigns and drive results
Familiar with budget tracking vendor coordination and managing resources effectively
Strong communicator in English with experience delivering insights to stakeholders
Thrives in fast-paced multicultural environmentsadaptable detail-oriented and solution-focused
