Job Summary
- Define the scope objectives and success criteria of the project in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
- Manage schedules budgets resources and risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of project objectives.
- Monitor progress and performance against key milestones adjusting plans as needed.
- Facilitate regular update meetings communicate project status and provide reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify potential issues or obstacles early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations.
- Lead post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned to improve future performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of E-commerce (preferred)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills great attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools and software (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana or similar).
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) will be an asset.
- Skills in planning risk management and cost control.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
