Job Description
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Support senior estimators in developing accurate cost estimates for residential commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Use Bluebeam Revu for digital plan review markup and measurement.
- Utilize PlanSwift for efficient and accurate material quantity estimation.
- Participate in bid preparation vendor quotation analysis and document control.
- Collaborate with design procurement and project teams to ensure estimate alignment with project scope.
- Maintain updated databases of costs and estimation templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from reputed institute / university
- Strong understanding of construction drawings BOQs and specifications.
- Basic proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and PlanSwift is essential.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail time management and communication skills.
